Compliance with Regulations

You must adhere to all relevant transport regulations, laws and company policies.

Experience and References

A proven track record in the transport industry, along with professional references, is highly preferred.

Insurance Requirements

Marine or Transit Insurance: To cover goods in transit and protect against loss or damage.

Public Liability Insurance: To safeguard against any third-party injury or property damage.

Commercial Motor Vehicle Insurance: To cover any damage or loss related to the vehicles used in transport.

Trailer and Control Insurance (If Applicable): To cover any non-owned trailers used during transit.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance: To provide coverage for your employees in case of workplace injuries.
